The problem
Every business will run on AI. Today, most are handing their knowledge, their data and their decisions to a few providers. We think that's the next great technology dependence, and we're building the way out: AI that runs on any model, works from a company's own knowledge, explains itself, and keeps people in charge. Doing that in production, for banks and regulated businesses, is a genuinely hard engineering and research problem.
What you'd work on
- Agents that do real work, reliably, across many steps.
- Getting any model, cloud or local, to perform like the best one.
- Answers people can trust: grounded, traced, verified.
- Systems a bank's security team will approve.
Who we're looking for
People who are extremely sharp and at their best when there's no textbook answer. You'll own a problem end to end and carry it to production. Where you studied matters less than how you think, though we recruit actively from the top engineering schools in France and Asia.
