   Real work

   Agents run on your actual documents and systems for 30 days. Your team reviews every output before it leaves the platform.

   Readout

   We present a plain-language report: what the agents did, what they got right, where they needed correction, and what a full deployment would look like.

What's included

• One workflow of your choice, configured and running within the first week.
• Agents connected to your own documents and systems — no data leaves your environment.
• Your choice of AI model (we support the leading providers and open-source options).
• A dedicated implementation session at kick-off and a weekly check-in.
• Full audit log of every agent action, available to your team at any time.
• The 30-day readout report, including a recommendation for what to do next.

What's not included

• Custom model training or adapting a model to your data.
• Integration with more than one workflow during the pilot period.
• Guaranteed uptime SLA (this is a pilot, not a production deployment).
• Data migration or legacy system replacement.

What we ask of you

• One named owner on your side who can make decisions about the workflow.
• Access to the documents and systems the workflow needs (read-only is fine for most steps).
• Attendance at the kick-off session and the 30-day readout.
• Honest feedback — what worked, what did not, and what you would need to see before a full deployment.

After 30 days

The readout gives you everything you need to make a decision. You can move to a full deployment, extend the pilot to a second workflow, or walk away — with your data deleted and the full audit log handed over. There is no automatic renewal and no pressure.

Common questions

Do I need to provide a payment card to start?

How many pilots are running at once?

We limit concurrent pilots to [TBC] to make sure every founding member gets a dedicated implementation session and weekly check-in.

Are there limits on how much the agents can process?

Fair-use limits apply: [TBC]. These are designed to cover a realistic single-workflow pilot, not a full production deployment.

What happens to my data after the pilot?

If you choose not to continue, your data is deleted and we hand over the full audit log. Nothing is retained.

Can I run more than one workflow during the pilot?

The pilot covers one workflow. If the readout goes well, we can scope a second workflow as part of a full deployment.

Who owns the AI outputs?

You do. Every output the agents produce belongs to you. Klaara never uses your data or outputs to train models.
